The week before your fight, your training should be adjusted to reduce the risks for injury. Otherwise you should reconsider the type of training you are receiving. Within every fight are 3 fights: 1) The fight between you and your opponent. 2) The fight between you and yourself. 3) The fight between the opponent and themselves. Seriously Interested?
