Background
I’ve trained and taken classes, and I have never been in a fight before. I have ran over 10 marathons and recently ran ultra marathon for my friend Marcus Kowal’s Foundation Liams Life. I wanted to challenge myself. I recently ran with David goggins 4x4x48.. 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. Dedicating this to my late father that passed away a few years ago in a car accident
