COVID-19 SAFETY REQUIREMENTS EFF: 1/15/22

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS IN EFFECT BEGINNING JANUARY 15, 2022
In accordance with the State of California’s mandate for indoor events with 500+ attendees, CAMO will begin collecting verification of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results within 48 or 24 hours before an event starts for all CAMO licensees including CAMO Staff, Promoters, Matchmakers, Officials, Ringside Physicians, Fighters and Seconds/Corners. This will remain in place until further notice.
 
PROOF OF VACCINE OR NEGATIVE TEST
Before entering the venue, each CAMO Licensee will be required to show a driver’s license or other photo ID along with proof of full COVID vaccination (with final dose at least 14 days prior to event date) or negative test results (taken within 48 hours of the event time for PCR tests or 24 hours for antigen tests). This proof can be a physical vaccination card or printed test result, a photo on your phone of your vaccination card or test result, or a digital vaccination record. All California residents may request a digital vaccination record at: MyVaccineRecord.cdph.ca.gov
 
TESTING/VACCINE GUIDELINES:
  1. Anyone that is unvaccinated will be required to test within 48 hours of the event day if the test is a PCR test.
  2. Or 24 hours from the event day if the test is an antigen test. Those opting for a rapid antigen test will need to complete the test in front of a licensed CAMO official.*
  3. Fully vaccinated individuals do not need to be tested; however, they need to submit proof of vaccination.
  4. Masks must be worn.
Fighters competing in an upcoming event will need to complete the vaccination verification/testing requirement prior to the start of weigh-ins.
*Last minute rapid testing will not be allowed for fighters before an event and must be conducted before a licensed CAMO official prior to the start of weigh-ins.

MASK REQUIREMENT
All CAMO licensees, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear masks inside the venue at all times. Fighters will be able to remove their mask during their bouts inside the cage. Acceptable masks are surgical, cloth, or (K)N95.
